Nacho Salom arrived in Nevis last week. Nacho, originally from Mallorca, Spain will take on the role as the Director of Rackets. Since the departure of David Wilson and Ezequiel Suarez in June, the tennis facility has gone through a major renovation.
All tennis courts were resurfaced. With 4 clay, 3 hard, 2 Astro turf and 4 Pickleball courts this will be one of the largest, most complete, and diverse racquet sport facilities in the Caribbean.
The Festive Season in Nevis is the busiest time of the year. Nacho will be adding 2 to 3 additional tennis and pickleball professionals to the team to deal with the demand.
