Peter Burwash International, a Troon Company, has been selected to manage racquet operations at Owl's Nest Resort, a resort and club located in the White Mountains of northern New Hampshire. Luana Stanciu has been named Director of Racquets, effective May 31st.

Owl's Nest Resort is an all-encompassing destination that features amenities and lodging for the whole family. The 600-acre residential community is complemented by a variety of lodging options including houses, cottages and hotel rooms. The 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Niklaus introduces a unique experience just less than two hours from Boston combined with the inspired living that can only be found in the White Mountains. Owls Nest also features Lake Harold, a man made lake on property, as well as an award-winning restaurant with panoramic views. Visitors, guests and members have access to three unique racquet sports at Owls Nest. The resort opened four platform tennis courts in 2021, and will unveil eight clay tennis courts alongside 13 pickleball courts in July 2022. The resort is the only facility in New Hampshire to feature platform tennis, pickleball and tennis.

“Owl's Nest Resort is a stunning location that we are thrilled to partner with and help grow the racquets program,” said Rene Zondag, President of Peter Burwash International. “We look forward to introducing a wide array of programming for all ages and abilities, and creating unique travel packages for tennis, pickleball and platform tennis players.”

Originally from Bucharest, Romania, incoming Director of Racquets Luana Stanciu played collegiate tennis at the University of Louisiana Monroe and the University of South Dakota. Stanciu holds a Masters degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management, and began her tennis coaching career in Austin, Texas. Most recently, Stanciu was a tennis professional at Omni Amelia Island Resort in Amelia Island, Florida, where she helped the resort earn the ranking of the no. 1 tennis camp in the United States.

“I’m so excited for this opportunity at Owl's Nest and can’t wait to get started,” said Stanciu. “This resort and property has so much to offer, and I want to make sure our members and all of our guests get an outstanding experience at our racquets complex.”

Racquet sports programming at Owl's Nest will include lessons, clinics, tournaments, special events and travel packages. Dates and opportunities for PBI World Camps and custom stay and play opportunities will be announced soon. The new tennis and pickleball facilities are set to open in July 2022.

This sounds like a great addition to Owl's Nest Resort! I love how they're expanding amenities. By the way, have you tried jeff goldblum wordle ? It's a fun daily word puzzle that might be a good break between tennis matches.

What stood out to me was the focus on expanding facilities, introducing new programs, and creating more opportunities for players of all skill levels. Meaningful growth rarely happens by accident and usually depends on careful planning and the ability to evolve over time. That idea reminds me of cobb can move, where success often comes from adaptability, problem-solving, and making thoughtful decisions in evolving situations.
